2. Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine The ultrasonic bottle washing machines are mainly used for rough cleaning of 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml IV solution glass bottles. In addition, they can also be used for ultrasonic cleaning of similar bottles.
  The equipment will not start up or will automatically shut down if the water level is lower than the minimum standard water level, thus effectively protecting the ultrasonic generator.
  The ultrasonic bottle washing equipment adopts frequency conversion speed regulation.
2. Fine Bottle Washing Machine The fine bottle washing machines are compact and space saving product. They are designed for fine cleaning of 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml IV solution glass bottles. These bottle washers can also be used to clean similar bottles.

The liquid filling and stoppering machine adopts Germany GEMU pneumatic diaphragm valves for filling, ensuring high accuracy. In addition, it achieves No Bottle, No Filling, resulting in no waste of liquid.
  During filling process, there is no forced friction of mechanical parts, which prevents particulate pollution. This conforms to GMP requirements.
2. Liquid Filling, Nitrogen Filling and Stoppering Machine The liquid filling, nitrogen filling and stoppering machine is designed and made with hygienic and safety requirements in mind, meeting GMP requirements. During filling process, no forced friction of mechanical parts avoids particulate pollution. In addition, possible pollution caused by long distance delivery of infusion bottles is eliminated, as nitrogen filling is immediately performed after liquid filling and stoppering is instantly completed after nitrogen filling. Moreover, the CIP (clean-in-place), SIP (sterilization-in-place) unit enables the machine to be thoroughly, easily cleaned and sterilized.
2. Vacuum Nitrogen Filling and Stoppering Machine The vacuum nitrogen filling and stoppering machine is mainly used for vacuuming, nitrogen filling and stoppering of glass IV solution products. With a high level of automation, the equipment can adjust the vacuuming time, nitrogen filling time as well as the frequency of vacuuming and nitrogen filling according to the actual requirements.

Nitrogen Filling and Stoppering Machine The NFS nitrogen filling and stoppering machine is designed for 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml glass IV solution bottles, which can complete nitrogen filling, automatic stopper adding and stoppering operations. The machine allows convenient change of infusion bottles in different sizes. This is because the bottle inlet screw with mobile structure can be easily replaced with screw of different specification by only removing and installing two M8 × 25 bolts.
2. Glass Bottle Stoppering Machine The glass bottle stoppering machine is designed to perform T shape rubber stopper adding and stoppering operations for glass IV solution bottles. It is mainly used for 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml bottles. To make the machine flexibly adapt to bottles in different sizes, we use bottle inlet screw that adopts mobile structure and can be easily replaced with screw of different specification by only removing and installing two M8 × 25 bolts.
2. Bottle Capping Machine Our bottle capping machines use three knives to roll caps when bottlenecks are positioned and centered after cap loading. Good sealing quality is achieved. Our equipment adopts double frequency conversion control and stepless speed regulation. The knives realize soft boot with low mechanical impact force, which contributes to low breakage rate of bottles.
2. Glass Bottle Unscrambler The DSP100/500 glass bottle unscrambler is used to push IV solution bottles into the sterilizing cart after capping procedure. It consists of bottle pushing section and bottle storage section. 2. Linear Labelling Machine The linear labelling machine can automatically complete many procedures such as bottle conveying, glue application, label sending, label picking, batch number printing and labeling, helping reduce labor intensity. When there is no bottle, the machine will automatically stop performing label sending, label picking, batch number printing (only for TZ200) and labeling operations.

Performance Characteristics

The whole glass bottle IV solution production line has all sections connected in series. There are buffer zones between sections with different clean level, and bottle conveyor doesn't span two sections. This helps make the production line meet GMP requirements.
The rotary drum style bottle washing machine effectively avoids unstable bottle clamping, bottle dropping caused by vertical bottle washing. In addition, rough washing and fine washing are totally separated, resulting in no cross contamination.
