The ultrasonic bottle washing machines are mainly used for rough cleaning of 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml IV solution glass bottles. In addition, they can also be used for ultrasonic cleaning of similar bottles.

Performance Characteristics
  • Due to its compact structure, the ultrasonic bottle washing machine occupies small floor space.
  • The conveyor is placed at the side of the equipment, making maintenance and repair convenient.
  • The bottle washer adopts crawler to carry bottles. The bottles are soaked longer in the ultrasonic water tank and the water pouring time after rinsing is also increased. This ensures bottle cleanness and no residual water left in bottles. In addition, ultrasonic washing avoids dead spot or punctured bottleneck caused by using hairbrush.
  • The equipment will not start up or will automatically shut down if the water level is lower than the minimum standard water level, thus effectively protecting the ultrasonic generator.
  • The ultrasonic bottle washing equipment adopts frequency conversion speed regulation.
  • It features a new simple structure. The glass bottles enter and exit in the same direction.
  • Bottle entering adopts the combination of bottle hook and the guide plate, which makes bottles enter more reliably without bottle collapse or overturn phenomenon.
  • To prevent bottles from being broken or reversed due to long falling distance during exiting process, those bottles are received twice as there is a support to slightly receive bottles first for buffer purpose.
