Vial Filling and Stoppering Machine

The KGF vial filling and stoppering machine is suitable for stoppering and filling of 2 to 20 ml antibiotic vials. Typically, it is used to fill vials with water injection and lyophilized powder injection. The machine adopts servo drive bottle conveying, linear tracking filling and linear stoppering. It can automatically finish processes such as bottle collating, bottle feeding, empty bottle weighing, filling, weighing after filling, stopper collating, stoppering, defective product removing, and bottle discharging.
