Main features
  • Continuous powder blending machine has functions of automatic lifting, blending and lowering. Different sizes of hoppers can be chosen for different mixing applications.
  • The symmetry axis of hopper and rotation axis of revolving arm forms an angle to allow material mixers for 3-dimentional movement in the closed hopper. In this case, strong overturn and altitudinal shear, causing the optimal mixing effect.
  • The powder blender has compact structure, high degree of mechanical-electrical integration, simple control and convenient adjustment of technological parameter. It adopts PLC control, hydraulic lifting and hydraulic drive.
  • With a volume loading coefficient of 0.80, the blending uniformity reaches over 99%. Hopper is smooth inside and outside without dean angles, which avoids the cross-contamination between materials and meets GMP standard.
